Mary O'Toole, Reiki Master Teacher,  offers private Reiki sessions. Reiki is a
Japanese technique for stress reduction and relaxation that also promotes healing. It
is administered by "laying on hands" and is based on the idea that an unseen "life
force energy" flows through us and is what causes us to be alive. If one's "life force
energy" is low, then we are more likely to get sick or feel stress, and if it is high, we are
more capable of being happy and healthy.  Reiki is a simple, natural and safe method
of spiritual healing and self-improvement that everyone can use. It has been effective
in helping virtually every known illness and malady and always creates a beneficial
effect. It also works in conjunction with all other medical or therapeutic techniques to
relieve side effects and promote recovery.

Foot Reflexology:  Reflexology is the practice of stimulating points on the feet to
encourage a beneficial effect on other parts of the body.

Ear Candling:  This ancient remedy was used by the Egyptians, Chinese, Greeks and
the Hopi Indians of North America.  It is now widely used in many countries throughout
the modern world.  Ear candles are used to cleanse and harmonize the different
energy fields of the individual and to drive out negative energies.  Ear candles are a
clearing therapy and are used very successfully for many problems associated with the
ears and the head area.  The lymph system and metabolism can be influenced by this
intensive, pleasant and completely painless method.

Kids and Teen Programs

In traditional learning environments lessons are geared more toward the linguistic and
visual learner, however, many children learn kinesthetically as well as musically. When
children have an opportunity to tap into their own unique learning styles, they often excel
in other areas of their lives.

Working together with parents we encourage kids and teens to realize the fun they can
have when they get up and move.  

Instruction in yoga, fitness, dance, sport specific drills and conditioning help kids and
teens enjoy the benefits of movement.  Our Programs are broken down into
six-week
sessions.
 These six week sessions allow students to progress each week in their yoga,
fitness, dance,  or sports training.  The average fee for each session is
$69.

Yoga
Ages 8-12.  Yoga practice helps kids learn how to relieve stress, relax and tap into
their inner guidance for an overall sense of well being.


Hip Hop Yoga Flow  Ages 5-8; 9-12 year old sessions.  Traditional Hatha Yoga postures
linked with continuous movement of "Hip Hop" dancing.  In this class you will stretch,
strengthen and sweat while linking your mind, body and breath.

Hip Hop  Ages 8-12.   This engaging and fun dance style starts with the basics;
stretching and beginner moves.  We then cover style including popping and locking,
stepping and breaking.  Don't miss the opportunity to learn hot new moves to show your
family and friends.  A mini performance will be featured at the end of the session.

ZUMBA  Ages 8-1.2 A fusion of Latin and international music dance themes creating a
dynamic, exciting, effective fitness system!  The routines feature aerobic/fitness interval
training with a combination of fast and slow rhythms with easy to follow dance steps; a
"feel happy" workout.





Kids' Self Defense The children’s self-empowerment program is designed for children
ages 5-11 years old.  It is a curriculum based program where the children will have
educational lessons on each topic as well as a great experience of utilizing different
techniques that will be taught over the six weeks.  This gives each student a feeling of
control and also gives the student the ability to know that they can get away from a
realistic simulation scenario that they will participate in.




Girls Strength & Conditioning Peak Performance This is a specialty program offered
by
Diane Baird, certified personal trainer.  

SESSION I Strength & Conditioning Program - Strength and conditioning is the foundation
needed to support young athletes as they progress in their sport of choice.  Through the
use of a variety of props including free weights, kettlebells, stability balls, medicine balls,
bands and more we will incorporate a variety of movements to enhance overall strength,
conditioning, and flexibility.  

SESSION II Speed & Agility Program - One the foundation has been laid in strength and
conditioning, we will move into a series of drill work, functional training and plyometrics.


Diane Baird is a certified personal trainer.  She has trained all ages and ability levels. Her passion is
working with young athletes and has designed several conditioning programs for both girls and boys.  
Diane also models a health and wellness lifestyle and has run several 10k's, half marathons and
marathons, including Boston two times.
