Transformations Kettlebell Certification - TKC
with Kathleen Aicardi, M.Ed., AOS Certified Kettlebell Instructor
Do you want to teach kettlebell instruction to others?  This six week course is for
you!  Course involves a weekly lecture and lab focusing on basic health, wellness,
nutrition,  cardiovascular fitness, flexibility, kettlebell basics and safety.  A written
and practical exam is required for certification.  Required Textbook:

Kathleen Aicardi has a Master of Education and a Bachelor of Science in Nutrition.  She has trained with
kettlebells for the past three years.  Kathleen trained with Mandla Nkosi of Boston Kettlebell for a year and
completed Anthony DiLuglio's Essentials Training and AOS Certification. Additionally, Kathleen has designed
curriculum for the secondary school and college level as well as for corporate training programs.
Kathleen has been an educational leader as a high school principal and a college professor.
