Staying active and limber help us to enjoy our life to the fullest.  We offer a variety of classes; high energy
aerobic workouts, dance and muscle classes, as well as core exercise such a yoga and Pilates to help
us achieve balance.

Cardio Kickboxing: A hard core traditional boxing workout utilizing punches and kicks to challenge the
cardiovascular system

Cardio Circuit  Boot Camp:  The ideal workout for you to:  improve your cardiovascular and muscular
endurance in one workout; burn body fat; be part of a team but be treated as an individual; push yourself
beyond your own limits; stay motivated; be challenged; and have fun!  This non-stop mix intertwines
athletic drills, strength and balance for a fun filled, cross-training challenge that will leave you wondering
where the time went!  Appropriate for everyone from the beginner to the athlete!

Zumba:  A fusion of Latin and international music - dance themes creating a dynamic, exciting, effective
fitness system!  The routines feature aerobic/fitness interval training with a combination of fast and slow
rhythms that tone and sculpt the body.
 Zumba utilizes the principles of fitness interval training and
resistance training to maximize caloric output, fat burning and total body toning.  It is a mixture of body
sculpting movements with easy to follow dance steps.  It is a "feel happy" workout.

Get Up & Go Yoga:  Traditional Hatha Yoga with postures linked with continuous Hip Hop or Pop dance
movement.  In this class you will stretch, strengthen and sweat while bringing together your mind, body
and breath.  The music in this class is Hip Hop, Pop and R&B.  This all levels class is perfect for
beginners who want a different approach to a yoga practice but also seasoned yogis who would like the
challenge of the movement and music.

Hatha Yoga Flow:  Traditional Hatha Yoga incorporates:  strength building; deep stretching;  breathing to
promote relaxation increases  energy in the body and clears the mind for meditation.  Hatha is
translated as
ha meaning "sun" and tha meaning "moon".  This refers to the balance of masculine
aspects - active, hot, sun - and feminine aspects-receptive, cool, moon -within all of us.  Hatha yoga
promotes balance in body and mind.  

Core Strength & Stretch:  Combine core muscle strengthening and toning with stretching and flexibility
movements creating a strong, streamlined body, leaving you feeling taller, leaner, with a strong sense of
health and well being.

Butts & Guts Express:  This high energy workout will target the abs, core and bottom line.  We will "work
it" as we burn fat and calories!

Body Sculpt Express:  A time and intensity efficient workout designed to hit the total body utilizing free
weights, bands, balls and more. Get ready to sweat!  Thirty minutes is all you need to squeeze in this
ultimate workout.

Cardio Blast Express: Shake it up with a variety of cardio moves from hip hop dance, Latin rhythms, step
aerobics, and kick boxing all rolled into one intense thirty minute workout!  

Kettlebells:   Beyond bodybuilding; kettlebells are the toughest most demanding, highest yield exercise
tool on the planet.  Guaranteed to forge a rugged, resilient, and flexible muscled frame. Kettlebells are
the most efficient way to work your cardio, core, strength and flexibility training all in one.

Kettlebell Open Studio:  A free style type "class."  Kettlebell instructors will be on hand, however, the
class allows intermediate to advanced kettlebell members to practice their favorite moves and refine
their skill.  PLEASE NOTE:  Participants
MUST take a Kettlebell Basics Workshop prior to participation
in the open studio.

Personal Training:  Working one on one with a trainer is a great way to jump start or perfect your specific
training needs.  Additionally, weight training is a great way to build muscle and increase body
metabolism.
