Staying active and limber help us to enjoy our life to the fullest.  We offer a variety of classes; high
energy aerobic workouts, dance and muscle classes, as well as core exercise such a yoga and Pilates
to help us achieve balance.

Boot Camp:  Train harder.  This class consists of various drills that work on agility, speed,
cardiovascular endurance and muscle conditioning.

Cardio Kickboxing: A hard core traditional boxing workout utilizing punches and kicks to challenge the
cardiovascular system

Hip Hop:  "Shake To This" (All Levels) - Whether you are at a beginner or advanced level, you will be
challenged by this high-energy class.  Begins with a basic warm-up and is then broken down into
clearly defined routines.  If you are looking to have, get in shape or "shake to this", Hip Hop is for you!

Power Play:  The ideal workout for you to:  improve your cardiovascular and muscular endurance in one
workout; burn body fat; be part of a team but be treated as an individual; push yourself beyond your own
limits; stay motivated; be challenged; and have fun!  This non-stop mix intertwines athletic drills,
strength and balance for a fun filled, cross-training challenge that will leave you wondering where the
time went!  Appropriate for everyone from the beginner to the athlete!

Running Club:  Includes running instruction and drill work.  Whether a beginner or seasoned runner,
we provide a supportive environment to assist our clients in reaching their goals.

Zumba:  A fusion of Latin and international music - dance themes creating a dynamic, exciting, effective
fitness system!  The routines feature aerobic/fitness interval training with a combination of fast and slow
rhythms that tone and sculpt the body.
 Zumba utilizes the principles of fitness interval training and
resistance training to maximize caloric output, fat burning and total body toning.  It is a mixture of body
sculpting movements with easy to follow dance steps.  It is a "feel happy" workout.

Yoga:  Based on an ancient form of movement that promotes flexibility, strength, balance and relaxation
through various moves and breathing techniques.  Yoga also helps to clear the mind, improve
concentration and develop inner peace.

Hatha Yoga Flow:  Traditional Hatha Yoga incorporates:  strength building; deep stretching;  breathing
to promote relaxation increases  energy in the body and clears the mind for meditation.  Hatha is
translated as
ha meaning "sun" and tha meaning "moon".  This refers to the balance of masculine
aspects - active, hot, sun - and feminine aspects-receptive, cool, moon -within all of us.  Hatha yoga
promotes balance in body and mind.  

Kripalu Yoga:  Integrate body, mind and spirit to connect to the wisdom of your body.  A blend of precise
physical postures and mindfulness training encouraging self awareness and acceptance at a self
paced level.  The practice provides physical benefits and improves your ability to focus.

Yogalates:  Combine the flexibility, meditative and weight loss elements of Yoga, with muscle
strengthening and toning of Pilates.  The combination of disciplines creates a strong, streamlined body,
leaving you feeling taller, leaner, with a strong sense of health and well being.

Pilates Mat:  This class dramatically transforms the way the body looks, feels and performs.  
Movements emphasize building strong abdominals and lower back to enhance strength, muscle
symmetry, alignment and body awareness.

Butts & Guts:  This high energy workout will target the abs, core and bottom line.  We will "work it" as we
burn fat and calories!

Personal Training:  Working one on one with a trainer is a great way to jump start or perfect your
specific training needs.  Additionally, weight training is a great way to build muscle and increase body
metabolism.
